Shopping with Parahope

These terms apply to purchases and use of our website. You must be legally able to enter a contract or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Our store is hosted on Shopify; Parahope is the store responsible for your order.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the item offered. Colors can vary with screen settings; this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Availability and prices may change before you order. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will explain it and obtain your agreement to any proposed change or cancel and promptly refund the affected purchase. We will not silently substitute products or increase an accepted price.

Delivery, returns and payment

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy form part of these terms. We ship only within the United States, provide free standard shipping, and offer eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery with store-paid return shipping. Exchanges are not available.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe another person's rights. Website content is owned by us or used with permission from the applicable rights holders. Product and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners; a listing does not imply a partnership or certification.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. We may send necessary order and service messages. Marketing subscriptions are optional and can be withdrawn.

Your consumer rights

We do not exclude any warranty, liability, remedy or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms waives rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, defective products, payment disputes or rights protected by applicable law. No mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

Applicable law and disputes

Applicable U.S. federal law and applicable state law govern these terms, including mandatory protections in your state of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; this is not a condition on your right to seek other remedies. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date. Changes do not remove rights attached to orders already placed.
